Executive Assistant (Lady Bahraini)

Provide efficient support to the Management by organizing and performing secretarial and administrative duties including handling of confidential information.

  • Maintain an effective filing system for files; both electronic and hard copy;
  • Organize correspondence, reports, documents, and files for easy & quick accessibility;
  • Maintain a record of all outgoing documents or parcels sent via courier or post;
  • Maintain a database of telephone/fax directory, Ministry contact persons and other important contact persons, etc. for easy retrieval;
  • Ensure a smooth flow of external communication either through telephone, fax, emails, and other communication mode
  • Any course; preferably Secretarial or Business Administration
  • At least 2-years relevant experience
  • Highly organized and has keen attention to details
  • Effective time management and multi-tasking
  • Proficiency in MS Office Application and report writing
  • Excellent English communication skills (English and Arabic)
