Executive Assistant (Lady Bahraini)
Description
Provide efficient support to the Management by organizing and performing secretarial and administrative duties including handling of confidential information.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an effective filing system for files; both electronic and hard copy;
- Organize correspondence, reports, documents, and files for easy & quick accessibility;
- Maintain a record of all outgoing documents or parcels sent via courier or post;
- Maintain a database of telephone/fax directory, Ministry contact persons and other important contact persons, etc. for easy retrieval;
- Ensure a smooth flow of external communication either through telephone, fax, emails, and other communication mode
Qualifications
- Any course; preferably Secretarial or Business Administration
- At least 2-years relevant experience
- Highly organized and has keen attention to details
- Effective time management and multi-tasking
- Proficiency in MS Office Application and report writing
- Excellent English communication skills (English and Arabic)
